Terms of Service
Last updated: July 13, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Nudge (the "Services"), an AI-powered email assistant that helps you draft, schedule, and send job-application emails. By using Nudge, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Nudge does
Nudge helps you draft cold applications, follow-ups, and recruiter outreach emails using AI, and lets you review, schedule, and send those emails from your own registered address via our email infrastructure.
2. AI-generated content
Nudge uses AI to generate email drafts based on the information you provide. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing every draft before sending, scheduling, or approving it. Nudge does not verify the factual accuracy of AI-generated content and is not liable for consequences arising from content you chose to send.
3. No guarantee of outcomes
Nudge does not guarantee that any email will be read, receive a reply, lead to an interview, or result in any employment outcome. Use of the Services is at your own discretion and risk.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Nudge to:
- Send unsolicited bulk email, spam, or mass outreach to scraped or purchased contact lists
- Harass, threaten, or send abusive content to any recipient
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or work authorization status
- Send content that is unlawful, fraudulent, or infringes on the rights of others
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, including enforcing sending limits to protect service-wide email deliverability for all users.
5. Sending limits
To protect the reliability of the Services for everyone, Nudge enforces a daily limit on the number of emails a single account may send or schedule. This limit may be adjusted at our discretion.
6. Service availability
Nudge is provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime guarantee. Features including AI draft generation, scheduled sending, and follow-up automation depend on third-party providers and may be temporarily unavailable.
7. Limitation of liability
Nudge is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nudge and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including lost job opportunities, reputational harm, or content sent in error.
8. Changes to these Terms
Nudge is an actively developed project. We may update these Terms, and continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
